Returns Policy:
For hygiene reasons we do not offer refunds or exchanges on lashes if they are simply unwanted/ a change of mind. If you do receive a pair of lashes that are damaged or faulty we will happily exchange or refund this for you once you have provided us with a receipt or proof of purchase.
Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you are sending an item back to us, please send it to:
